Watching how shit Chelsea are, it would be currently a massive step to take a chance on Potter.

I have a feeling he might end up at Everton

I’d be wary of employing a manager who has just been sacked. It wouldn’t fill me with too much confidence, especially as we are lacking our own at the mo. He would take it though I reckon, as he’d want to prove he’s not as shit as his Chelsea tenure suggests.

I actually think that Potter would be a good fit for us. The move to Chelsea was too soon for him. It could work out for us though. The problem is, even if he does get the sack, I doubt that he will be going anywhere until the summer.

Tuchel is a very negative manager, but he does win things. I don’t think we are a good fit for him, unless we suddenly get rich owners.

Maybe there is someone else out there in the Europe who can fit the bill of a forward thinking, clever manager who can make the most of our resources and not have to spend a fortune. If we have to wait until the summer, do we take the gamble that Moyes will keep us up?

Potter would be a great manager for us be a step forward appointing him.

Would you want Potter as Manager at West Ham? I personally wouldn't. I would rather the New Brighton Manager or the Wolves Manager.

What are you on about Potter ran the clTub ?
The board and their infracstructure run it.
They choose a manager, players and all facits of the club.
Their scouts afre the clubs not Potters.
they have had this in place for years, before Potter. That's how they got Potter and the likes of Mac Allister,Caicedo and Estupinan.
In an interview before Potter left Brighton the Chairman send they have back up plans for every person at the club including head ground staff. It's called an excellent buisness plan, relatively unique to modern Football as it's personal change quickly now.

We did agree.

I just don’t want him replaced by a Dyche or Allardyce type of manager.

Ideal scenario is Everton come for him and he goes and we get in Potter but who knows 🤷‍♂️

A step to far for him at Chelsea.

Very few expectations at Brighton.

Very good manager though.

Potter way out of his depth

Re: Saturday football - FA Cup 3rd Round
Isn't Brighton's recruitment all based on stats and algorithms? Dunno if Potter run the whole show there. Still like him though and always thought Chelsea seemed a wrong fit as he's a gent and they are despicable cunts.

Re: Saturday football - FA Cup 3rd Round
Potter gets sacked and we move in.

The difference between Brighton and Chelsea is that he ran the club but at Chelsea he is just the coach.

Sullivan would do well to get him in and give him licence to run the club.

But what do I know 🤷‍♂️
